Omega Ensemble, Inc.

The Omega Ensemble is a nonprofit chamber music ensemble, in existence since 1973. Its mission is to introduce outstanding young artists to the public. So far, Omega has presented more than 161 artists. The Omega Ensemble is partially funded through grants from The New York State Council on the Arts, The Friars Foundation, the Frank and Helen Herman Foundation, and other foundations, as well as contributions from private donors.

Omega provides a series of free "Gift to the City" concerts in New York City at the Park Avenue Christian Church, a Cocktail Series held at the Rose Studio at Lincoln Center and at the Polish Consulate in New York City, and a subscription series at Christ Church, in Oyster Bay, L.I.

The 2012 Annual Benefit, held at the New York Health and Racquet Club located at 370 Park Avenue in New York City invites honorees that recently included Eugene Drucker, violinist of the world renowned Emerson String Quartet, and guest violinist for Omega in the 1990's, as the artistic honoree. Also, we will be honoring a philanthropic honoree.
